Most people don’t come to therapy because something is “wrong” with them.
They come because something in their life has changed, and they’re trying to find their way through it.
That might be pregnancy loss or fertility struggles.
It might be adjusting to life with a chronic or long-term health condition.
Or it might be a quieter feeling that something isn’t quite the same, and you don’t feel like yourself anymore.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you, because you’re not broken.
It’s about making sense of what’s been happening, and how you’ve learned to cope, protect yourself, and get through difficult moments.
A lot of what we carry starts much earlier in life.
The way we relate to people, handle emotions, and keep going when things are hard often develops before we’ve had the words for it.
Sometimes these ways of coping have helped you survive.
But over time, they can start to feel heavy, or leave you feeling stuck.
In our work together, I won’t tell you what to do or arrive with answers.
Instead, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk things through at your own pace.
We might gently explore how past experiences are still shaping how things feel now, and notice the beliefs you’ve picked up along the way, like needing to stay strong or not burden others.
Life experiences like loss, illness, or changes in your body, role, or relationships can also shift how you see yourself.
Therapy gives you space to slow things down and begin to make sense of it all.
Over time, things can start to feel clearer, lighter, and more manageable.
Not because you’ve become someone different,
but because you’re beginning to reconnect with yourself.
Sessions are £50 for 50 minutes online or £60 for in-person at Revival Health & Wellbeing Centre in Inkberrow, Worcestershire.
I also offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can meet, explore what you're looking for, and decide together if we’re a good fit. It’s important to use this appointment before therapy sessions start.
What working together may look like
Free initial consultation
A relaxed, informal conversation where you can ask questions, share what’s brought you here, and get a sense of me.
Beginning therapy
We usually meet weekly, though we can discuss this. You set the pace. There is no pressure to perform, explain everything perfectly, or be “fixed.”
Building safety and trust
Therapy isn’t a quick solution. Feeling safe, seen, and supported takes time, and we allow that process to unfold naturally.
Deepening the work
When you’re ready, we may explore patterns, early experiences, coping strategies, and how your nervous system responds to stress and connection. Understanding these can open up new choices.
Growing into yourself
The aim is not to change who you are, but to reconnect with yourself more fully and live with greater authenticity.
In our sessions, I hold the space with care, honesty, and respect. You lead the way, and I walk alongside you. There is no agenda and no pressure, only a deep trust in your inner wisdom. We work with what shows up, when it shows up, gently and at your rhythm.
